It's time for the annual Appalachian Art Show and I decided to enter this year. I haven't in years because the judge every year always chooses Appalachian scenes. It's what's popular around here. Mixed media abstracts don't do well. But with the population growing due to people from other areas moving in I thought I might have a chance. Yeah, no. He chose mostly portraits which I don't do. I mean I did get into the show but didn't win anything. Plus he didn't chose the one I thought would be picked. He chose "Points of Lights" above.
I know. I'm whining.
